A common problem that I'm always facing is that I don't have the motivation to work out sometimes. It might be because it's super late in the day, there's a lot of other work to do, or you're just flat out tired. My mom and I have been working out at the beach every Wednesday until I return to Gainesville. I just pop in my music, lightly jog/fast walk and just look at the calm, cool waters. I think that's important when it comes to working out. Being outside, or at least somewhere that's not a traditional gym environment will make your workout a bit cooler! Oh my goodness--IT WAS SO FREAKING HOT. WHY DID I CHOOSE LONG BLACK PANTS. Btw I listen to trap music because that seems to be the only thing that keeps me going..
So after the workout, we just sat at the beach eating our lunches that we made from home. My mom had a salad and I had tofu spring rolls with veggie patties and green beans on the side. :) Surprisingly, it was really filling! I feel like if I ate this before I started a healthier lifestyle, I would be super hungry! I guess this shows that I'm getting a little bit better~ |
