Yep, I'm not dead.
I've just been super duper busy with classes and extracurricular clubs. It's been like this for the past couple of weeks nonstop. There has been times where I would come home at around 10 or even midnight. That gives me no time to eat properly. Of course, it's better now, but for a while I barely ate anything because I just had no time. I guess I wasn't used to having such a busy schedule--I started dieting and exercising in the summer so I had so much freedom then. Now I know that I have to really manage my time wisely. Sometimes the mental exhaustion is enough for me to be physically tired. Since everything is starting to settle down, I can see myself getting back into that healthy schedule. I'm starting to pack my own snacks for long days and buying healthier alternatives to common foods.
So I want to say sorry for being away for so long, but now I'm back and hopefully I have more blogs and posts for you guys. Stay tuned~
