That was literally copied and pasted from my Instagram LOL. However I wanted to tell you how hard it was for me to get through it all at first. There were definitely days when I was super tired and I didn't do a day of a workout. However I didn't forget about it. The next day, I doubled up. I did the workout of that day and the day before. This was to make sure that I didn't skip a day again. It actually worked! SOOO if you are doing a challenge like this, don't skip a day--make sure you do it so you don't lose motivation! When I weighed myself, I was approximately 279 pounds. I couldn't believe it. Since I'm a taller person, a weight loss like this is not that noticeable. But hey! I lost pounds and the scale doesn't lie! Well, unless you step on it wrong..
